Ingredients:
2 lbs beets
1 cup ZSweet ® all natural
1/2 cup white vinegar
3 sticks cinnamon
Instructions:
1) peel and slice beets
2) place into pot beets, ZSweet ® and vinegar.
3) add water 1/2 inch above beets
4) boil at low heat 45 minutes
5) cool down and refrigerate
This is a nice summer side dish—
Goes great in salads!
