Zsweet® Double Espresso Ice Cream
This has got to be hands down the best ice cream EVER to come out of our Zsweet® Test Kitchen! We are loving it here at headquarters and we just had to share it. We pride ourselves on creating original, sugar-free (zero worries) recipes that taste fantastic. We love feedback, so let us know what you think!

Sugar-Free (Zero Worries) Double Espresso Ice Cream
- 8 egg yolks
- 3 cups cream
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp xantham gum
- 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable glycerin
- 2 drops stevia glyceride
- 2 double shots espresso
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup Zsweet® Powdered
Blend Zsweet with eggs well
Add all ingredients except cream and mix well
Add cream and mix
Pour into ice cream attachment and churn for 30 minutes
