This has got to be hands down the best ice cream EVER to come out of our Zsweet® Test Kitchen! We are loving it here at headquarters and we just had to share it. We pride ourselves on creating original, sugar-free (zero worries) recipes that taste fantastic. Sugar-Free (Zero Worries) Double Espresso Ice Cream

  • 8 egg yolks
  • 3 cups cream
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp xantham gum
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable glycerin 
  • 2 drops stevia glyceride 
  • 2 double shots espresso 
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup Zsweet® Powdered


Blend Zsweet with eggs well
Add all ingredients except cream and mix well
Add cream and mix
Pour into ice cream attachment and churn for 30 minutes
