Home-made Macadamia Nut Butter


2 cups Roasted, Unsalted Macadamia Nuts 
4 tablespoon MCT Oil 
2 scoops Grassfed Collagen Peptides 
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract OR ground vanilla bean 
2-4 Packets Zsweet SuperSweet (depending on desired sweetness) 
1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon 
1/8 teaspoon Pink Himalayan Sea Salt


  1. Grind up Macadamia nuts in a juicer, food processor or high powered blender until it forms a thick paste like dough.
  2. Transfer to mixing bowl and add MCT Oil, blend with hand mixer and slowly add in all remaining ingredients.
  3. Add more Cinnamon and Zsweet as desired, adjust it to your personal preference.
  4. Continue blending until smooth.
  5. Store in airtight glass jar in refrigerator.
