1/2 cup Frozen Riced Cauliflower (previously steamed) - (if you only have frozen, steam in microwave for about 1 min then let cool before adding to blender.)
3/4 cup Full Fat Unsweetened Coconut Milk 2 TBSP Macadamia Nut Butter (see previous post to make your own!)
1 scoop Grassfed Collagen Protein (can sub Plant Based protein for Vegan)
1 teaspoon Cacao Powder
1 teaspoon Maca (Optional)
1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Packet Zsweet
- Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
- You can add more Zsweet/Cinnamon/Nut butter to fit your personal preference- (note: if adding more nut butter it will change the Nutritional Content.)
- Optional, top with Cacao Nibs, chopped nuts, or Chia seeds.
