Zsweet Grain free, Dairy Free, Sugar Free & Low Carb Protein Bars

Ingredients:

1/2 cup @go_raw Sprouted Mixed Seeds with Sea Salt 
1 cup Organic Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1/4 cup Chia Seeds 
1/4 cup Hemp Seeds
1 scoop @nutiva Vanilla Superfood Protein Powder
1/2 cup Melted Coconut Oil
1 tablespoon Organic Tahini
1 Scoop @vitalproteins Collagen Peptides (optional) 
1 1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 tablespoon @navitasorganics Cacao Nibs 
1 tablespoon Granulated Zsweet 
1 Packet ZSweet
1/4 teaspoon Pink Himalayan Sea Salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl and pour evenly over a parchment paper lined baking dish.
  3. Top with additional Zsweet packet, Pumpkin Pie Spice, and Pink Himalayan Sea Salt.
  4. Bake for 40-45 Minutes at 325 until Golden.
  5. Start checking at 30 minutes. You do not want them to burn. 
  6. Let cool COMPLETELY, then slice evenly into bars. Store in pantry or refrigerator.
