Ingredients:
1/2 cup @go_raw Sprouted Mixed Seeds with Sea Salt
1 cup Organic Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
1/4 cup Hemp Seeds
1 scoop @nutiva Vanilla Superfood Protein Powder
1/2 cup Melted Coconut Oil
1 tablespoon Organic Tahini
1 Scoop @vitalproteins Collagen Peptides (optional)
1 1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 tablespoon @navitasorganics Cacao Nibs
1 tablespoon Granulated Zsweet
1 Packet ZSweet
1/4 teaspoon Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325
- Combine all ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl and pour evenly over a parchment paper lined baking dish.
- Top with additional Zsweet packet, Pumpkin Pie Spice, and Pink Himalayan Sea Salt.
- Bake for 40-45 Minutes at 325 until Golden.
- Start checking at 30 minutes. You do not want them to burn.
- Let cool COMPLETELY, then slice evenly into bars. Store in pantry or refrigerator.
