Zsweet Pumpkin Pie

CRUST:
1/2 Cup Almond Flour
1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
1 Pasture Raised Egg
1 TSP Zsweet Granulated 
1 TSP Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Melted Grassfed Butter or Ghee

Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown.

 

FILLING:
2 tablespoons Grass-fed Gelatin
1/4 cup filtered water
1 cup coconut milk (full fat)
2 cups organic pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon Zsweet Granulated 
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Mix together in medium-heated saucepan, then once fully combined pour over cooked crust and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until filling is set. Enjoy!
